The food service was excellent because they were considerate of the guests' needs and provided a lovely and elegant wedding menu. We could easily smell the cuisine because of the decent food presentation.

I booked this venue via VenueMonk for my pre-wedding event, a special occasion that I wanted to be a perfect one. I saw the inside view of the venue on the website of VenueMonk and checked for the accommodation capacity. I was satisfied with the theme and decorations I saw in the pictures of the website and made my mind to have my Sagai event at this venue. The venue price and the food package price were quite satisfactory and were fair enough for such a venue. The theme and the decoration of the banquet hall were impressive, although the main stage was on a bit dull as compared to the entire hall, it could have been even better if the decoration would be done with the use of some more attractive props and flowers. The stage had no flowers being used for the decoration which made it look dull. For an event like pre-wedding, it should have been given more importance as it was the center of attraction for the guests gathered for the special occasion. The catering service was up to the mark, as they take good care from the guest’s point of view and served with a nice and tasteful wedding menu. Food presentation was pretty good, we could easily feel the aroma of the food. The staff was prompt and makes no stone left unturned to make the event a memorable one. All over a good experience with having an event organized at this venue, apart from the decoration which could have done even better.
